Unlike fixed conveyor systems, Roach PowerFlex can be repositioned as workflows change, making it an excellent solution for truck loading and unloading, parcel handling, e-commerce fulfillment, sortation, packaging and temporary conveyor lines. Ergonomic handles on each leg make the conveyor easier to reposition and deploy where it's needed.

The latest Roach PowerFlex incorporates a 24VDC 60-watt UniDrive brushless motor system for dependable operation with reduced maintenance. ZoneLogix PRO 2.0 controls provide advanced zone management, while a 3-foot fixed loading section with an integrated control panel creates a convenient operator interface and consistent product entry.

Heavy duty 1.5" diameter, 16-gauge galvanized grooved rollers and rugged 7-gauge steel side links provide the durability required for demanding industrial environments. The conveyor is available with 24", 30" or 36" conveying surfaces and can be configured in lengths up to 60 feet.

For applications requiring greater product-flow control, optional PowerFlex Accumulation provides independent accumulation zones for sorting, packaging, quality inspection, load balancing and other material handling processes. End-of-line sensors help protect packages by preventing contact with end stops.
