The Presto PPS2600-125AS PowerStak® Fully Powered Straddle Stacker, available from Material Flow, combines powered travel, powered lifting, adjustable straddle legs, and precise operator controls for efficient pallet handling in warehouses, loading docks, production facilities, and shop floors.

Designed for demanding material handling applications, the PPS2600-125AS provides a 2,600 lb. capacity up to 84 inches, 2,100 lb. capacity from 85 to 101 inches, and 1,800 lb. capacity from 102 to 125 inches. With a maximum raised fork height of 125 inches, operators can lift and position loads across a wide range of working heights.

The adjustable straddle design helps the stacker accommodate a variety of pallets and skids. Its straddle legs adjust from 40 to 50 inches I.D., while the forged steel forks adjust from 9-3/4 to 27 inches O.D. Each 42-inch forged fork is constructed for demanding material handling applications and painted safety orange for enhanced visibility.

A Curtis 24V AC controller with CAN Bus electrical system delivers responsive powered operation. The redesigned multi-function tiller handle features a keypad, horn, battery discharge indicator, and convenient fingertip controls for speed, direction, and lifting. Redundant right- and left-hand controls make operation comfortable from either side of the handle.

For maneuvering loads in confined areas, the Turtle Speed function reduces drive speed by 50%, providing greater control for precise load positioning. An auto-reverse belly switch, E-Stop emergency switch, and safety key switch add important operator safety features.

The PPS2600-125AS travels at up to 3.4 mph loaded and 3.6 mph unloaded and features a Class 2 carriage with four locking positions. Polyurethane non-marking wheels help provide smooth, quiet operation in indoor facilities.

Power comes standard from two 12V 75Ah AGM batteries, complemented by a 115V 12-amp onboard charger and battery charge indicator. An optional lithium iron phosphate battery is also available.
