The Presto Lifts Portable Container Tilters, available from Material Flow, provide powerful, flexible material handling wherever they’re needed. These battery-powered, mobile tilters are ideal for operations that require equipment sharing between multiple users or work cells, as well as applications where containers must be moved to and from staging areas.
With load capacities ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 lbs. and an 85° tilt angle, these units dramatically improve ergonomics by reducing bending, lifting, and manual dumping. An easy-to-service internal DC motor, combined with a 12V maintenance-free, leak-proof AGM battery, delivers reliable performance with minimal upkeep. The internal battery charger ensures the unit is always ready for use.
Operators benefit from push-button controls with magnetic backing, a foot-operated floor lock for added stability during dumping, and a push handle that lowers when in use to improve visibility and control. Optional 115V AC or air motors are available to meet specific facility requirements, and custom designs can be engineered for specialized applications.
