Built with a heavy-duty powered turntable and a 5,000 lb. capacity, these machines offer reliable performance for medium-duty pallet wrapping applications. Variable turntable speeds ranging from 3 to 12 RPM allow operators to optimize wrapping consistency and productivity based on load requirements. A counter-balanced stretch film mast provides smooth operation while simplifying film application.
Operation is straightforward and efficient. The powered turntable is activated using a foot pedal while operators manually guide the film carriage up and down the mast. An adjustable friction-brake assembly allows precise control of film tension, helping secure loads while minimizing film waste. The hand-operated carriage brake enables smooth carriage movement for fast and consistent wrapping.
These versatile stretch wrap systems accept stretch film widths from 10" to 20" and can be upgraded with an optional 115V single-phase powered mast (PMO). The optional powered mast uses a handheld control for raising and lowering the film carriage while the foot pedal continues to control turntable operation.
