Move bulk materials efficiently with the E-ZLift Belt Bucket Conveyors, available from Material Flow. Designed for medium-duty applications, this powerful yet compact conveyor moves loose materials up to a 45-degree incline, making it ideal for construction, industrial, and recycling environments.

Built with a 10" wide heavy-duty 2-ply rubber belt, these conveyors feature 2" or 4" deep rubber buckets on 24" centers, paired with 2" or 4" steel side walls to keep materials secure during transport. The rugged 7/8" O.D. high-strength steel tubing truss frame (1.25" O.D. on the 36' model) delivers dependable strength while remaining lightweight enough to fit through basement windows and tight access points.

Operating at approximately 120 feet per minute, the system includes:

• Self-cleaning drive and idler pulleys

• Adjustable belt take-up

• Overhead motor mount with V-belt drive

• Motor tension spring and safety guards

• Side-mounted drive at discharge end

• Direct drive speed reducer (electric motor models)

• Internal V-belt and roller chain reduction (gas engine models)
