The 196G is equipped with 1.9-inch diameter, 16-gauge galvanized steel rollers featuring smooth swaged ends for durable everyday performance. Integral plain ball bearings are zinc plated and grease packed, helping provide dependable roller operation in demanding industrial environments.
Rugged formed-steel channel frames provide the structural support required for medium-duty conveying applications. Depending on the configuration, the conveyor can support 250 lbs. per roller or a maximum distributed live load of 1,300 lbs. per 10-foot section with supports at 10-foot centers. Installing supports at 5-foot centers increases the maximum distributed live load to 3,200 lbs.
