How to Choose Your Pallet Rack:

1. Frame Capacity: Calculate the total weight of all pallets per bay (excluding floor pallets).
2. Height: Measure the pallet, load, and beam height. Add 4" clearance, and ensure the top beam is at least 6" below the forklift's maximum lift height.
3. Depth: Pallets should overhang the frame by 3" on both sides. Deduct 6" from pallet depth (e.g., a 48" pallet requires a 42" frame).
4. Width: Add 3" clearance from frame and 4" between pallets. Ensure beams support pallet weight, and for add-ons, use only one additional frame with beams.
