The swivel assembly features a ½-inch thick drop-forged steel mounting plate and welded 3/8" x 3" steel legs, reinforced inside and out for maximum structural integrity. A 1-inch integrally forged kingpin, guaranteed for life, ensures long-term performance under continuous heavy-duty use. Hamilton’s Precision Integrated HPI thrust bearing system provides superior load distribution, reduced friction, and effortless swivel action — even under severe operating conditions.
Available with precision ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, or straight roller bearings, the Series EHD caster can be tailored to manual, shock-loaded, or power-towed environments.
