Molded from carbon-filled copolymer polypropylene, the QUS240CO bins feature a surface resistivity under 10⁵ Ohms per square and an electrostatic decay rate under 0.1 second, as verified by ASTM-D257 testing methods. They also meet military specification Mil-B-81075B, making them suitable for high-level ESD protection requirements.
These bins remain permanently conductive, even after repeated cleaning with standard agents. The built-in rear hanger attaches to louvered panels or steel rails, while the wide stacking ledge and anti-slide lock ensure secure, organized vertical storage. Front, back, and side grips make handling easy in any setting.
Optional conductive dividers are available to create custom compartments. For safe operation, always ensure bins are properly grounded for your application.
