The eye wash assembly includes dual Gentle Spray outlet heads with flip-top dust covers mounted on a chrome-plated brass supply arm—providing immediate, safe flushing when activated. A 1/2" IPS chrome-plated brass stay-open ball valve with a cast aluminum flag handle ensures quick activation in emergencies.

For added versatility, the unit includes a 6-foot hand-held reinforced PVC drench hose with a chrome-plated squeeze valve, allowing targeted rinsing of the eyes, face, or other affected areas.

This portable unit delivers a full 15 minutes of continuous flow, meeting ANSI Z358.1 standards as a primary eye wash station. Each unit is fully factory assembled, water tested, and includes:
