The Vestil Pallet Master/Servers are expertly engineered for efficient pallet and skid handling in spaces without forklift access. Built to handle loads with and without understructures, these versatile servers offer a powerful 4,000 lb capacity rated at an 18" load center, providing reliable support regardless of fork length.
Designed for seamless mobility, this unit features 36" long forks to accommodate various pallet sizes and is equipped with 8" x 3" phenolic swivel rear casters for effortless maneuverability. The PMPS series includes a secure floor lock and an ergonomic 36" handle height to ensure operator comfort and safety. With intuitive push-button controls located both on the power unit and on an 8-foot pendant control, users have flexible options for raising and lowering loads.
DC-powered models come with a 12V battery, onboard charger, and battery gauge for reliable power monitoring, while an optional air/oil power option provides even more operational flexibility—ideal for unique worksite demands. For enhanced productivity, the Power Traction Drive System (PTDS-E) is available, offering an advanced throttle and directional control with a 2.5 mph top speed. This drive system reduces operator fatigue and injury, allowing a single operator to move loads effortlessly without the need for costly forklifts.
