The unit operates smoothly using removable heavy-duty ball bearings with cast iron housings, ensuring long-lasting performance and easy maintenance.

A spring-loaded lock integrated into the diverter arm allows secure positioning and convenient operation from both ends, giving operators flexibility and control during material routing. For enhanced longevity, an optional wear-strip is available to reduce friction and extend service life.
