The Little Giant Heavy-Duty Removable Bar Cradle Rack is designed for safe, efficient transport of bar stock, tubing, and long materials in manufacturing and fabrication environments. With a 2000 lb capacity per unit and a reinforced 12-gauge steel deck, this rack delivers reliable strength while maintaining an ergonomic working height.
An ergonomic 23-1/2” bed height reduces bending, making loading and unloading easier while keeping material aligned with most machine heights. The removable bar cradle uprights, extending 15” above the deck, provide secure support for round and long materials. Multiple units can be combined to increase load capacity or support longer loads, offering flexible configuration options for changing production needs. Smooth mobility is ensured by 6” polyurethane wheels and a caster arrangement of 2 swivel and 2 rigid casters for controlled maneuvering on industrial floors.
