The Lyon Hanging Storage Rack from Material Flow provides a strong, efficient solution for storing long, bulky, or oddly shaped items that can’t rest flat on shelves.
Built from 14-gauge welded steel, each upright features tubular bracing and a MIG-welded design for maximum strength and stability. With six heavy-duty beams creating three adjustable levels, this rack can support up to 10,000 lbs per pair of uprights.
The rack includes galvanized flat wire decking with a 4" x 2" mesh pattern and 5-gauge reinforcement wires—enhancing visibility, airflow, and fire safety. The included “S” hooks make it easy to hang items like mufflers, exhaust pipes, or long components, making this rack ideal for automotive dealerships, parts warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.
Each beam features Lyon’s signature “Z” beam design for extra rigidity and efficient space use, while tool-free assembly and 1-1/2” vertical beam adjustability make it easy to customize for changing storage needs.
