Increase parcel handling efficiency and streamline package sorting operations with the Gator Singulator from Material Flow, manufactured by Roach Conveyors. Designed specifically for parcel processing, e-commerce fulfillment, shipping hubs, and pre-sorting applications, the Gator Singulator transforms randomly spaced packages and polybags into a consistent single-file flow for downstream scanning, sorting, and distribution systems.
Capable of processing up to 6,500 packages and polybags per hour, the Gator Singulator uses advanced skewed roller technology and multiple speed transitions to automatically separate and orient products as they travel through the conveyor. As items enter the system in a scrambled pattern, they are guided toward the center of the conveyor where they rotate into a lengthwise orientation before exiting in a controlled single-file sequence.
The system utilizes dual center drives and high-speed precision rollers arranged in a herringbone pattern to maximize throughput while maintaining product control. Powered by a low-profile 24V DC brushless motor system, the conveyor delivers high-speed performance with quiet operation and exceptional reliability.
