The Roach Gator Singulator efficiently organizes products as they move along a conveyor. It takes packages from multiple lines and arranges them into a single file. The singulator uses two sets of angled rollers to guide the packages toward the center of the conveyor, rotating them into a lengthwise position. As the products move toward the discharge end, they adjust speed to create proper spacing, ensuring smooth and orderly exit.

Powered by dual center drives, the singulator features 1.9” diameter high-speed precision rollers arranged in a herringbone pattern. These rollers, driven by XLD drive bands, handle higher loads with fewer motors. The Gator Singulator operates with the low-profile Unidrive motor system, offering high-speed performance with minimal noise.

Features:

  • Operates at 450 feet per minute
  • Handles up to 6,500 cartons per hour
  • Equipped with low-decibel motors for quiet operation
  • 48-inch wide conveying surface
  • Features XLD drive bands for efficient performance
  • Powered by Unidrive 24vdc motor system for reliable, high-speed operation
