To reduce the risk of injuries associated with manual roll handling, Easy Lift Equipment provides a comprehensive range of ergonomic Roll Transporters, available in both manual push-around and self-propelled models. These transporters are designed to lift, pick, and rotate rolls of varying weights and diameters from the floor or a pallet, then transport and precisely position them onto converting machines. The manual push-around models are equipped with Darcor™ ergonomic casters, allowing operators to easily maneuver fully loaded machines with minimal effort.

The ERP self-propelled models feature custom roll handling attachments tailored to your specific needs, including shovels, roll forks, or roll arms. The Shovels are designed with a curved platform to accommodate rolls up to 50 inches (127 cm) in diameter and weighing up to 2,000 lbs. (907 kg). The Roll Forks and Roll Arms are also capable of lifting rolls up to 2,000 lbs. (907 kg), with arm and leg dimensions customized to meet customer specifications.
