Quantum QBB-4845-34 Collapsible Bulk Box
Handle, store and transport large or heavy loads with the Quantum Storage Systems QBB-4845-34 Collapsible Bulk Box from Material Flow. Built from durable high-density polyethylene, this reusable bulk container combines a standard 48" x 45" pallet-size footprint with a load capacity of up to 1,800 lbs. for demanding material handling applications.
When fully expanded, the QBB-4845-34 measures approximately 48" L x 45" W x 34" H, providing substantial capacity for components, bulk materials and other large items. When empty, the sidewalls collapse in seconds to just 12.76" high, helping reduce the space required for return shipping and storage. Up to three collapsed boxes can be returned in the space required for one expanded container.
Two access drop doors sit flush against the container when opened, providing convenient access for loading, picking and unloading contents. Reinforced fork openings allow the bulk box to be handled from either the 48" or 45" side, while the welded base provides added strength for industrial use.
Designed for reusable shipping, storage and distribution, the QBB-4845-34 stacks when loaded or collapsed and withstands temperatures from -20°F to 250°F. An optional lid is also available to help protect and cover stored contents.
