Combine Beams and Frames for maximum discount!
This rack is compatible with most teardrop designs and features high-grade steel construction with 2" vertical adjustments for easy customization. It supports crossbars, wood stringers, and wire decking, with removable safety load clips on each beam end. The I Series Storage Rack Beams offer the most popular teardrop design in the U.S., adjust on 2" centers, and come standard with 5" x 7" x 3/8" seismic plates. Custom frame sizes, reinforced struts, and quick shipping options are available for common sizes, ensuring a tailored solution for your operation. Note: Upright frame capacities are based on 42" maximum vertical beam spacing.
How to Choose the Right Pallet Rack:
-
Frame Capacity: Calculate the total weight of all pallets per bay, excluding those on the floor.
-
Height: Measure pallet height, load, and beam height, adding 4" clearance. Ensure the top beam is at least 6" below your forklift's maximum lift height.
-
Depth: Pallets should overhang by 3" front and back (use a 42" frame for 48" pallets). Deduct 6" from pallet depth.
-
Width: Add 3" clearance from pallet to frame and 4" between pallets. Beams should support pallet weight at each level.
We provide tailored solutions, not just steel products.
