- All welded construction provides extra strength for heavy loads. 5"x2"wheels standard, can be upgraded to increase capacity. Top shelf/platform is used to be walked on, only when the safety step lock is engaged. The safety-step-lock keeps the unit stuck in place and unable to roll.
