Morse Hydra-Lift Drum Karriers from Material Flow make lifting, moving, and pouring heavy drums safer, smoother, and far more controlled. Designed to handle 55-gallon drums weighing up to 800 lbs.—including half-full drums up to 500 lbs.—these rugged drum handlers reduce operator effort while delivering precise control throughout the entire dispensing process.

The Hydra-Lift system allows operators to raise, tilt, and pour with complete confidence, offering 360-degree drum rotation in either direction. Increase the pouring angle for full discharge, reduce the angle to control flow rate, or reverse the tilt entirely to stop pouring and return unused contents to the drum. Material is poured forward directly from the drum, with variable lift and pour angles for maximum accuracy.

Available models offer maximum pouring heights of 72 inches or 96 inches, and the karrier can be customized with the proper accessories to handle a wide range of drum types. Faucets, pipes, valve extensions, and other dispensing components may be attached directly to the drum for enhanced control.

While most commonly used for lifting and pouring, Morse Hydra-Lift Drum Karriers are also ideal for placing drums onto or removing them from scales, platforms, conveyors, or trucks, transporting drums to and from storage, or positioning drums at workstations for easy hand access. Built for industrial reliability and long-term performance, these drum karriers are a trusted solution for demanding material handling applications.
