Diameter Adaptors

These handy accessories allow your Morse drum handler to handle various smaller drums. Quickly and easily place the correct size Diameter Adaptor into the drum holder to reduce the grip diameter to match drums smaller than a standard 22.5" diameter 55-gallon steel drum. When you complete dispensing from your smaller drum, simply lift the Diameter Adaptor out of the drum holder to return to handling a standard 55 gallon drum.

Diameter Adaptors for 17.5" diameter and smaller drums have brackets at top and bottom of the drum. They adjust to securely hold a drum up to 38" tall.

Spark resistant and stainless steel Diameter Adaptors (shown) are available for the same diameter ranges.

Note about drums with ribs: Because it is recommended that drums be held at their middle, proper size Diameter Adaptor should be used only on a drum with a band at least 8" wide between the ribs.

Note about model 55/30-19GR: Only for a 30 gallon steel drums with 19" diameter between the ribs. Fits only a 3-piece drum holder or a drum holder with local binders, such as 185G, 185G-HD and 185GR Kontrol-Karriers, 285G, 285G-HD and 285GR Forklift-Karriers, and End-Over-End Drum Tumblers.

Diameter Adaptors are made in 1.5" increments of diameter to match common drum sizes. Custom drum adaptors for sizes not shown may be built on special order. Please call Material Flow with special requirements.
