E-ZLIFT Chain and Flight Conveyors are medium duty conveyors designed to moved packaged and rolled materials up 45 degree inclines.
Typical uses include: Shingles, shakes, cartons, building block, and tires.
Features:
- Two continuously revolving detachbale chains, choice of lighter #32 chain or heavier #55 chain
- 4" high rubber padded steel flights
- 7/8" O.D. high-strength steel tubing frame
- Approximate 65 FPM constant chain speed
- Chain take-up adjustments
- Drive mounted on side of loading end
- For electric motor - direct drive speed reducer
- For gas engine - internal V-belt and roller chain reduction, and safety guards
