Simplify conveyor layouts with the Roach 796LSX Line Shaft Cross-Over Module, available now at Material Flow. Designed as the standard solution for line shaft crossovers, this module eliminates confusion by providing a single component to carry loads smoothly across drive shafts.
The 796LSX is built with 1.9" diameter x 16-gauge grooved steel tread rollers (Model 196G), driven by 3/16" polyurethane belts with a nominal 15 lbs. per roller drive. A 1" diameter cold-rolled steel shaft ensures consistent, durable operation. Running at a constant 60 FPM speed, this cross-over maintains seamless product flow between conveyor sections.
Its 7" x 1-1/2" x 12-gauge formed steel channel frame provides strength and stability, while precision lubricated ball bearings with composite housings ensure long-lasting reliability. Powered by a 1/3 HP TEFC right-angle gear motor (230/460/3, 60 cycle), the unit delivers dependable performance in demanding industrial environments.
For flexibility, specify cross-over direction (right-hand or left-hand), and choose from multiple coupling options (Type A, B, C, or D) to match your conveyor setup. Like all Roach Conveyors, this pre-engineered module can be quickly adapted to special application needs, reducing lead times and installation complexity.
