The New London 410 Medium-Duty Floor-to-Floor Conveyor is engineered for transporting boxed or packaged items efficiently across inclines and declines. This conveyor is ideal for applications where space is limited and a smooth, controlled transition between elevations is required. Its double nose-over discharge provides a seamless transition from incline to horizontal operation, reducing impact and product slippage. The adjustable nose-over allows for precise control over package transition angles, ensuring maximum flexibility in different industrial settings.
Frame & Structure:
- Frame Material: 12-gauge steel construction for durability
- Frame Depth: 2-3/4" deep, providing strength without excessive bulk

- Standard Supports: Designed to maintain a 30" elevation at the top of the belt
Belt System:
- Standard Belt: Black rubber rough top belt with clipper lacing for optimal package grip
- Belt Widths: Available in sizes up to 30 inches
- Belt Lengths: Offered in 5' to 40' increments (adjustable in 6-inch steps)
- Belt Tracking: Engineered for precision tracking, minimizing lateral movement
Drive & Pulley System:
- Drive Pulley: 4-inch diameter, crown-faced, rubber lagged for enhanced traction
- Infeed Pulley: 4-inch diameter, crown-faced with take-up mechanism for belt tension control
- Drive System: Bottom-mounted right-side drive for compact installation
- Standard Motor: 1/3 HP, 230/460V, 3-phase, 60 Hz TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) for efficient performance
- Standard Speed: 60 feet per minute (FPM), with optional speed variations available
Bearings & Supports:
- Bearing Type: Grease-sealed precision bearings for smooth operation and extended lifespan
- Adjustable Nose-Over: Ranges from 0 to 30 degrees, allowing gradual product transition from incline to horizontal
