Engineered for tough industrial environments, this chain-driven live roller curve features true taper rollers that keep pallets, skids, and bulky items properly aligned as they move through the curve.

Each unit is built with heavy-duty 11-gauge tapered rollers (Model 351T) fitted with sprockets to achieve the true taper effect. The rollers are powered via a No. 60 circular roller chain, delivering smooth and consistent movement across the curve without product drift. With 6" roller centers (measured at the outside radius), loads are supported evenly throughout the curve.

The conveyor runs at a constant 35 FPM speed, driven by a 3/4 HP Super “E” motor (230/460/3, 60 cycle). The reversible end drive can be side-mounted or underside-mounted, with precision ABEC bearings ensuring long-lasting, maintenance-friendly performance.

A 5" or 7" structural steel channel frame provides unmatched durability, while a full chain guard enclosure protects workers and equipment by covering the chain drive along the entire conveyor length.
