Find custom plastic solutions for material handling, manufacturing, storage, packaging, and OEM applications with Jifram Extrusions products from Material Flow. Founded in 1981 in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, Jifram Extrusions is a family-owned American manufacturer specializing in custom plastic profile extrusions and custom-built plastic pallets.  Jifram's core capabilities include custom plastic extrusions, plastic channels, custom profiles, tubing, co-extrusions, tri-extrusions, tooling, prototyping, secondary fabrication, and fulfillment services. With extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities and more than 250 in-house no-cost stock tools, Jifram can help customers develop plastic profiles for specialized industrial and commercial applications while reducing the need for new tooling on qualifying designs.  Available plastic extrusion configurations include C-channels, J-channels, L-channels, wide and tall profiles, tubing, multi-durometer profiles, multi-color extrusions, co-extrusions, and tri-extrusions. Jifram works with numerous thermoplastic materials, including rigid and flexible PVC, ABS, HDPE, LDPE, polypropylene, polycarbonate, PETG, acrylic, polyurethane, TPE, TPR, and other materials selected according to application requirements.  For material handling applications, Jifram manufactures Custom Built Plastic Pallets® and skids designed around each customer's size, weight, handling, and shipping requirements. Unlike one-size-fits-all molded pallets, these pallets can be configured with different dimensions, stringers, deck boards, entry styles, and accessories to meet specialized applications.  Jifram Custom Built Plastic Pallets are manufactured from 100% recycled rigid PVC and assembled with stainless-steel screws. Options include flat-top configurations, smooth or slip-resistant deck boards, two-way or four-way entry, casters, protective stringer end caps, composite stringers, custom colors, and custom labeling. Their reusable construction provides an alternative to conventional wood pallets for manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, healthcare, chemical, bakery, retail, steel, packaging, and crating applications.  Jifram also provides engineering support and secondary operations for custom extrusion projects, including cutting, drilling, punching, routing, labeling, special packaging, and other fabrication services.  Whether you need a specialized plastic profile, channel, custom extrusion, reusable shipping pallet, or application-specific material handling solution, Material Flow offers Jifram Extrusions products for durable, customizable industrial applications.
