Set the new standard for ergonomic material handling with the Autoquip XLR Low Profile Low Reach Pan Lifts, available now at Material Flow. Engineered for maximum operator convenience, the XLR combines a near-zero lowered height with an industry-best 4" reach-over distance, giving workers easy, direct access to pallets and loads being built or broken down from the sides of the lift.
Available in 36" and 48" travel models, the XLR is offered with hydraulic or pneumatic actuation to suit a wide range of applications. Its pan-style platform accommodates all common load cube sizes, making it ideal for palletizing, depalletizing, and assembly tasks where efficiency and ergonomics are critical.
Built tough for industrial use, the XLR features solid steel legs, lubricated-for-life composite bearings, double-wire braided hydraulic hoses, and hard-chromed axle pins. Safety is prioritized with velocity fuses on cylinders, polyethylene reservoirs, and maintenance locks in the base frame. Each unit is factory-tested to 110% of capacity and comes with a pre-wired power unit featuring UL-approved components.
