The UHMW (ultra-high molecular weight) plastic guides protect against surface damage and help secure each frame in place. Each of the six 3.5”-wide slots features a 1.9” step flange allowance and is lined with base rollers to ensure smooth, effortless loading. These features make it easy to transport multiple frames at once—perfect for tight production schedules.
A standout feature is the innovative 6-wheel zero-turn design, including (4) swivel and (2) center rigid 8” premium round tread casters, allowing the cart to pivot within its own footprint—ideal for narrow aisles and small workspaces. The integrated ergonomic foot-operated floor lock adds extra stability on uneven surfaces, enhancing safety during use.
