Constructed from high-grade steel, it features 2” vertical adjustment step beams to accommodate crossbars, wood stringers, or wire decking, making it a versatile solution for your industrial storage needs.

With removable safety load clips attached to each end of the beams, your inventory stays secure. The teardrop design allows for quick assembly without special tools, reducing downtime and improving productivity.

How to Select Your Pallet Rack:

✅ Frame Capacity – Add up the total weight of all pallets per bay (excluding floor pallets).
✅ Height – Measure all verticals, including pallet height, pallet load, beam height, and add 4” clearance above the top load. Ensure the top beam is at least 6” below your forklift's max lift height.
✅ Depth – Pallets should overhang by 3” front and back. Example: Use a 42” deep frame for a 48” pallet.
✅ Width – Calculate the beam length by adding 3” clearance between pallet & frame and 4” between pallets. Each beam pair must support the pallet load per level.

Starter Unit Width Tip: Add 6” to the width for the overall starter unit width.
