How to Select Your Pallet Rack:

1. Frame Capacity:
   Add up the weight of all pallets per bay, excluding those on the floor.

2. Height:
   Measure from the floor to the top of the pallet load, including beam height. Add 4" of clearance between the top of the load and the beam above. Ensure the top beam is at least 6" lower than the forklift’s maximum lifting height.

3. Depth:
   Pallets should overhang the frame by 3" at the front and back. For a 48" pallet, use a 42" deep frame.

4. Width:
   Measure the pallet width, add 3" clearance to the frame and 4" between pallets. Each beam pair must support the pallet weight per level. Add-on sections only need one extra frame with the required beams.
