Guide to Selecting Pallet Racks

1. Frame Capacity: Calculate the total weight of pallets per bay, excluding floor pallets.
2. Height: Measure vertical dimensions, including pallet and beam height, with a 4" clearance. Top beam should be 6" below the forklift's max lift height.
3. Depth: Ensure a 3" overhang for front and back. Use 42" frames for 48" pallets.
4. Width: Add clearances to pallet width for correct beam length. Each beam pair must support pallet weight.
