• Determine Frame Capacity:
  Calculate the total weight of all pallets in each bay (excluding floor pallets).

• Measure Height:
  Include the pallet, load, and beam height. Add 4" clearance above the load. The top beam should be at least 6" below the maximum lift height of your forklift.

• Select Depth:
  Choose a frame depth that allows a 3" overhang for pallets. For 48" pallets, use a 42" deep frame. Ensure pallets are in good condition.

• Calculate Width:
  Add 3" for pallet-to-frame clearance and 4" between pallets. Ensure each beam pair supports the pallet weight per level. Add-on sections need only one additional frame and beams.
