How to Select Pallet Rack:

1. Frame Capacity
   Calculate the total weight of all pallets stored in each bay, excluding those on the floor.

2. Height
   Measure the height of the pallet, load, and beams. Ensure 4" clearance between the top of the load and the beam above. The top beam should be 6" lower than the forklift’s maximum lift height.

3. Depth
   Pallets should overhang the frame by 3" front and back. Use a frame that’s 6" less than the pallet depth.

4. Width
   Measure pallet width, then add 3" for pallet-to-frame clearance and 4" between pallets. Each beam pair must support the weight of pallets per level. Add-on sections require one extra frame and the necessary beams.
