The Teardrop 3" x 36" Storage Rack Beams are designed to work with most teardrop systems, featuring a 2" vertical adjustment and high-grade steel construction. The beams support crossbars, wood stringers, or wire decking and include removable safety load clips. Stocked in orange, these beams come with standard 5" x 7" x 3/8" seismic plates and volume discounts for bulk purchases. Customizable for specific rack systems, they can include reinforced struts, column guards, and more.

- Note: Upright frame capacities are based on 42" maximum vertical beam spacing.
How to Select Pallet Racks:
- Frame Capacity: Add the total weight of all pallets in a bay (exclude floor pallets).
- Height: Measure pallet, load, and beam height, add 4" clearance, and ensure the top beam is 6" less than your forklift’s max lift.
- Depth: Pallets should overhang the frame by 3" on both sides. Subtract 6" from pallet depth for frame size.
- Width: Ensure pallet-to-frame and pallet-to-pallet clearances of 3" and 4", respectively. Beam pairs must support pallet weight at each level.
