Built for durability, the Hamilton 6" Series BC Brake Caster combines rugged construction with smooth performance. The cold-formed top plate, crafted from 3/16" thick steel, and 1/8" thick steel legs provide a robust frame. Featuring a 7/8" diameter kingpin bolt with lock nut, this caster is built to withstand heavy loads. Its dual rows of steel ball bearings rotate in heat-treated raceways, ensuring stability. The caster includes a 1/2" axle bolt with lock nut, lubrication fittings in the swivel assembly and roller-bearing hubs, and a 4" x 4-1/2" top plate with slotted bolt holes for easy installation.  This caster supports loads ranging from 410 to 850 lbs., perfect for heavy-duty applications.

Featured Wheel Bearings:

• Precision Ball Bearings - double sealed, maintenance free, superior rollability aids manual applications, not recommended if shock loading is prevalent. 
• Straight Roller Bearing - traditional anti-friction bearing, best for manual applications where shock loading (but no side thrust) is prevalent.
