8" models:
- Swivel Construction — Cold forged steel mounting plate and horn base with formed steel legs continuously welded to horn base.
- Kingpin — 5/8" permanent rivet type.
- Axle — 1/2" diameter bolt and lock nut, with 1/2" I.D. and 3/4" O.D. spanner bushing.
10" and 12" models:
- Swivel Construction — 1/4" thick formed steel mounting plate and horn base. Legs 5/16" x 2-1/2" steel, formed for increased strength and continuously welded to horn base.
- Kingpin — 3/4" diameter bolt with lock nut.
- Axle — 3/4" diameter bolt with lock nut.
- Main and Secondary Swivel Bearings — Hardened steel balls rotate in two heat treated raceways.
- Wheel Bearings — 3/4" I.D. heavy duty flange type ball bearings.
- Lubrication Fitting — To swivel assembly.
