Designed for versatility, this conveyor features a horizontal feeder section that can be stationed beneath machinery to catch parts, chips, slugs, or scrap before efficiently transporting them into bins, hoppers, or containers for storage, disposal, or recycling.

The PC-F offers belting options for different applications: choose a black PVC-120 belt with 1-1/2" galvanized cleats (ideal for parts as small as 1/2" cubes), or a durable flat wire mesh belt (recommended for items 1" cubes and larger). A rugged 8" deep x 12-gauge enclosed box bed with a 14-gauge return pan ensures long-lasting strength, while precision ball bearing pulley units with cast iron housings provide smooth, reliable operation.

With an incline of 30°, 36°, or 45° (specify), the conveyor transports materials efficiently at a constant 35 FPM speed. The 1/2 HP Super "E" motor (230/460/3) drives the system through a No. 50 roller chain, while the screw-type tail pulley take-up offers 12" belt adjustment for simplified maintenance.

For portability, the unit includes adjustable floor supports with 4" casters and bracing, allowing you to move it easily around your facility.
