Enhance your conveyor system with the Roach IPT Heavy Duty Indexing Powered Turntable, available at Material Flow. Engineered for precision and strength, this industrial-grade turntable is designed to rotate and orient heavy unit loads at specified intervals, giving operators full control over product positioning during handling, assembly, or transfer operations.
Built tough for demanding environments, the IPT features a No. 80 roller chain drive with a fully enclosed chain guard, delivering reliable, consistent performance. The carrier platform is constructed from 3" structural steel with a 1/2" thick plate, supported by eight 4" diameter heavy-duty rubber-covered casters for smooth, stable rotation.
Capable of handling up to 4,000 lbs. per load, the turntable offers flexible configurations with 2, 3, or 4 indexing positions, controlled by limit switches for precise stopping points. Rotation speed is 35 FPM at the outside diameter, ideal for synchronizing with other conveyor operations.
Powered by a 3/4 HP Super "E" right-angle gear motor with brake, the IPT is built for continuous-duty operation. With platform diameters ranging from 3 ft to 8 ft, it adapts to a wide range of load sizes, making it an essential tool for pallet handling, assembly lines, and heavy-duty material transfer.
