Designed to install directly in front of the dock, this powerful hydraulic system automatically captures the ICC bar on the back of semi-trailers, securing the trailer in place during loading and unloading operations.

The lock follows the trailer's movement with an integrated accumulator, ensuring continuous restraint as the trailer shifts up and down. If the lock fails to engage properly, a beeper and flashing light provide immediate warning to the operator. For constant safety awareness, a highly visible traffic light system is mounted outside, and a control panel displays the lock status inside. This comprehensive system includes a durable aluminum light package, an intuitive control panel, and three large visual signs to communicate safety procedures.
