Strengthen your storage system with Lyon Bulk Storage Racks featuring front-to-back supports—available exclusively at Material Flow.

Whether you need a standalone starter or an add-on unit, these heavy-duty racks are ideal for hand-loading intermediate weight bulky items in warehouses, stores, and medical facilities. Engineered with Lyon's signature "Z" beam design and reinforced with front-to-back supports, this system provides unmatched beam stability and minimizes deflection under heavy loads.

Each starter unit includes two fully welded 14-gauge steel uprights for maximum strength, while add-on units seamlessly connect for extended runs. Supports easily install without tools and can also hold custom plywood decking, giving you full control over your storage configuration.

Starter Unit vs. Add-On Unit – What’s the Difference?

A starter unit includes everything you need to create a complete, standalone section of racking—two fully welded uprights, beams, decking or supports, and all necessary components.

An add-on unit is designed to connect to an existing starter unit and includes only one upright, along with matching beams and decking or supports. Add-ons cannot stand alone and are ideal for extending your storage system in a continuous run while saving space and cost.
