The Vestil Low Profile Electric Lift Table is designed to provide efficient pallet handling and ergonomic load positioning in demanding industrial and sanitary environments. Featuring a unique U-shaped platform design, this lift table allows pallet trucks to place loads directly onto the platform without the need for a pit, streamlining material handling operations and improving workplace productivity.
Constructed primarily from 304 stainless steel, this low-profile lift table is ideal for facilities requiring corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. All major structural components are stainless steel, while electrical connections, the control box, and power unit are designed for reliable performance in industrial applications.
The external power pack includes a pressure relief valve to prevent overloading and a flow control valve that regulates lowering speed for smooth, controlled operation. A protective cover shields the motor from dust and debris, helping extend equipment life and reduce maintenance requirements.
Operators can easily raise and lower the platform using the UP and DOWN push buttons located on the 24V control box. Multiple built-in safety features—including electric toe guards, safety velocity fuses in the cylinders, maintenance safety props, and an emergency stop button—help protect personnel and equipment during operation.
With a 1,200 lb. capacity, a maximum lifting height of 33-3/8 inches, and a low collapsed height of only 3-3/8 inches, the Vestil Low Profile Electric Lift Table is an excellent solution for manufacturing, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and pallet handling applications where efficient lifting and positioning are essential.
