These durable shelving units are constructed with beams pultruded from glass fibers and a thermoset resin composite that includes built-in antimicrobial protection. The shelves are adjustable in 1-inch increments without requiring special tools, making customization straightforward. Reinforced nylon bumpers enhance the structure's durability, while the shelf plates, made from antimicrobial polypropylene, offer an additional hygienic layer. Post caps are also made from polypropylene for consistency. These units are designed to be mobile, supporting up to 1,000 lbs. per shelf and 2,000 lbs. overall. For units with shelves 54 inches or longer, a dunnage stand is recommended. Shelf plates are available in both vented and solid options to suit various needs.
