These shelving units are designed with durability and versatility in mind. The beams are pultruded using glass fibers and a thermoset resin composite, ensuring a robust structure with built-in antimicrobial protection. The shelves are adjustable in 1-inch increments, making customization easy without the need for special tools. Reinforced nylon bumpers enhance the unit's resilience, while the shelf plates, made from polypropylene with antimicrobial protection, ensure cleanliness and safety.
Each unit is equipped with polypropylene post caps and is mobile-capable, allowing for easy relocation. With a load capacity of 1,000 lbs per shelf and an overall capacity of 2,000 lbs per unit, these shelving systems are built to handle heavy-duty storage needs. For units with shelves 54 inches or longer, a dunnage stand is recommended to maintain stability.
Shelf plates are available in either vented or solid designs, providing flexibility to meet various storage requirements. These units offer a reliable and hygienic storage solution suitable for a wide range of applications.
