The trough bed frame features built-in guard rails for safety and control, making it a top choice for trash and scrap conveyor applications. Designed with industrial reliability in mind, it includes a 1/2 HP Super "E" motor, heavy-duty precision ball bearings, and safety pop-out rollers on both ends.

A constant belt speed of 60 FPM ensures smooth material flow, while adjustable return rollers and screw-type belt take-up provide consistent tension and alignment. With multiple size options and customizable electrical controls, this pre-engineered unit adapts easily to your operation's unique needs.
