The shelving units are designed with robust and hygienic materials, featuring beams pultruded with glass fibers and thermoset resin composite. These beams include built-in antimicrobial protection, ensuring durability and sanitation. The shelves are highly versatile, allowing for easy adjustments in 1" increments without the need for special tools, catering to various storage needs.
To enhance stability and longevity, the bumpers are made from reinforced nylon, providing added protection against impacts. The shelf plates, constructed from polypropylene, also come with antimicrobial protection and are available in two designs: vented or solid, allowing for customizable airflow and storage options. The post caps are crafted from polypropylene, adding to the overall durability and hygienic design.
These units are mobile capable, making them easy to move and reposition as required. They boast a significant load capacity, with each shelf able to support up to 1,000 lbs. and an overall unit capacity of 2,000 lbs., ensuring they can handle heavy-duty storage tasks. For shelves 54" and longer, a dunnage stand is recommended to provide additional support and maintain structural integrity.
