Additionally, these beams feature built-in antimicrobial protection, making them ideal for maintaining cleanliness and preventing the growth of harmful microorganisms.
The shelves are highly versatile and can be easily adjusted in 1" increments without the need for any special tools, allowing for quick and convenient customization to suit your storage needs. The bumpers are constructed from reinforced nylon, providing additional protection and durability to the shelving unit.
Shelf plates are made from polypropylene, a material known for its strength and resistance to chemicals. These plates also come with antimicrobial protection, further enhancing the unit's hygienic properties. The post caps are also made from polypropylene, ensuring consistency and reliability in the unit's construction.
For mobility, these units are designed to be mobile-capable, allowing for easy transportation and repositioning as needed. Each shelf boasts a remarkable load capacity of 1,000 lbs., with an overall load capacity of 2,000 lbs. per unit, making them suitable for storing heavy items.
For units with shelves measuring 54" or longer, a dunnage stand is recommended to provide additional support and stability. The shelf plates are available in two styles: vented or solid, offering flexibility depending on the specific storage requirements.
