These shelves are constructed using pultruded beams made of glass fibers and thermoset resin composite, ensuring strength and durability with built-in antimicrobial protection. The adjustable shelves can be modified in 1-inch increments without the need for special tools, making customization easy. Reinforced nylon bumpers add to the robustness, while polypropylene shelf plates, also with antimicrobial protection, ensure hygiene. Post caps are made from polypropylene, and the units are mobile-capable for easy relocation. Each shelf supports up to 1,000 lbs, with an overall load capacity of 2,000 lbs per unit. For units with shelves 54 inches and longer, a dunnage stand is recommended. Shelf plates are available in both vented and solid designs.
