The Morse Model 160 is a 4-wheel drum truck designed for efficient and ergonomic handling of rimmed drums. Constructed from carbon steel with a durable powder coat finish, this drum truck fully supports the drum's weight, eliminating the need for manual balancing. Its design allows for easy movement of drums onto and off pallets, and it can stand upright for space-saving storage.
This drum truck is ideal for industries requiring reliable and ergonomic drum handling, ensuring safe and efficient operations. For handling rimless plastic drums or drums shorter than 31 inches, an optional strap kit (model 5058-P) is available.
- Ergonomic Design: A hook engages the upper drum rim, and a long handle provides leverage to pull the upright drum onto the truck. Specially shaped forged toe prongs ease loading.
- Versatility: Handles various rimmed steel, plastic, or fiber drums ranging from 30 to 85 gallons, with heights between 31 to 41 inches and diameters from 14 to 28 inches.
- Safety: The U-shaped "Knuckle Saving" handle protects hands during operation. The truck stands alone on four wheels, holding the full weight of the drum, and can be used to pour contents into smaller containers.
