The 258-SRH Series Extra Heavy Duty Roller Conveyor by Roll-A-Way, available at Material Flow, is designed for extreme durability and optimal performance under demanding conditions. Featuring robust 2-5/8" diameter, 7-gauge rollers, this conveyor brings the strength of the 250-SRH Series to a new level. Engineered with a sturdy 4" x 5.4 lbs./ft. structural channel frame and reinforced with five welded cross braces, it supports substantial loads, making it perfect for industrial applications. The spring-loaded 11/16" hex axles ensure secure and smooth handling of up to 800 lbs. per roller, with options for low-set roller positioning to accommodate varying operational needs. Available in powder-coated blue for enhanced longevity, this conveyor provides exceptional load-bearing capacity of up to 350 lbs./ft. in a 10' frame and 1,100 lbs./ft. in a 5' frame. Standard butt couplers make assembly and alignment straightforward, ensuring seamless integration into your material handling setup.
